Senior Lockbox Program
The Senior Lockbox program is offered as a courtesy to the residents of Chandler. The program provides lockboxes for emergency personnel to gain access to your home after being summoned there for emergency purposes. In the event of a time sensitive situation (person not breathing, fire, etc. ), emergency personnel may not have the time to use the lockbox system and will gain entry with the fastest means possible. Every effort will be given to utilize the lockbox when time permits.
In order to register you must meet the following requirements:
-
Senior 62 or older
-
City of Chandler resident
-
Must live alone and have a chronic illness, fall risk or history of emergency calls
-
If you don’t live alone, both must have a chronic illness, fall risk or history of emergency calls
