Request a Police Report
Citizens requesting copies of police reports must complete a Request for Police Record form (Spanish version). This form can be obtained at the Main Station at 250 E. Chicago St., mailed to the requesting party, or downloaded using the form link above.
If you would like to retrieve an Accident Report online you can also go to BuyCrash.com or to crashdocs.org, which are both third party service providers that the Chandler Police Department uses to provide the copies online.
Insurance companies needing Accident Reports are requested to use the BuyCrash.com website to purchase any needed Accident Report.
The charge is $5 for the first 35 pages and $0.15 per page thereafter. Copies of reports are available free of charge to criminal justice agencies, victims, parties involved in accidents and parents or guardians of juvenile victims. In domestic situations where both parties are charged and listed as both victims and suspects in the report, both subjects will be charged for the report copy.
