Request a Police Report
Citizens requesting copies of police reports must complete a Request for Police Record form (Spanish version). This form can be obtained at the Main Station at 250 E. Chicago St., mailed to the requesting party, or downloaded using the form link above.
If you would like to retrieve an Accident Report online you can also go to crashdocs.org or to BuyCrash.com, which are both third party service providers that the Chandler Police Department uses to provide the copies online.
Insurance companies needing Accident Reports are requested to use the BuyCrash.com website to purchase any needed Accident Report.
Report Copies
The charge is $5 for the first 35 pages and $0.15 per page thereafter. Copies of reports are available free of charge to criminal justice agencies, victims, parties involved in accidents and parents or guardians of juvenile victims. In domestic situations where both parties are charged and listed as both victims and suspects in the report, both subjects will be charged for the report copy.
9-1-1 Recording Requests
The cost is $10.
Photographs
The cost for all digital photos is $5.
Audio and Video Recording Requests
Videos are available for $25. Audio files are available for $10.
CAD Histories
The CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) history is $5, unless it is part of a report or requested by a victim.

Victim Report Copies
The Chandler Police Department will process requested reports at no charge to victims (each victim is only permitted one copy per report number).
Processing Time
The normal processing time is 7 to 10 business days.
