Under the direction of Manager Donny Witt, this section is responsible for providing support in the two core areas of Information & Technology.

Information

The Data, Analysis, and Reporting Team are generally responsible for providing administrative information and analysis to department policy-makers. Additionally, this team is responsible for administrative reporting, to include reporting via the National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS).

 

Technology

This group is comprised of both Application Technology Services and Infrastructure Technology Services. These units provide the police department with standardized tools and state-of-the-art resources; hardware and application support; efficient and effective system functionality; standardized training; application development and implementation; and a strong foundation upon which to architect future police technology. The Technology group is charged with maintaining a stable electronic work environment in coordination with partners from the City of Chandler Information Technology Department.
