CHANDLER, AZ⎯
The Chandler Police Department has arrested an East Valley pediatric dental assistant for multiple crimes against children who were patients at his place of employment. 27-year-old Deion Alexander Garcia is now charged with 14 felony counts that include:
10 counts- Sexual exploitation of a Minor (F2)
2 Counts -Molestation of a child (F2)
1 Count – Molestation of a Child (F2)
1 Count- Molestation of a Child (F2)
The charges involved juvenile victims who were all patients at the Pediatric Dental & Orthodontics location near Chandler Heights and Arizona Avenue. Garcia also worked at the dental office located on Warner Road in Gilbert Rd.
Garcia was taken into custody on May 10, 2024.
This is still an active and ongoing investigation.
