In December of 2017, detectives with the Chandler Police Department’s Property Crimes Unit were advised of a residential burglary involving the theft of jewelry. During the course of their investigation, detectives discovered four additional burglary incidents with a similar modus operandi; the victim residence was listed for sale, jewelry was stolen, and the same realtor showed the home.
That realtor was identified as 35-year-old Paul John Stolarik.
On February 22, 2018, Stolarik was arrested in Queen Creek and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on five counts of 2nd Degree Burglary, a class 3 felony.
