UPDATE: All three individuals have been identified.
In the early morning hours of October 29, 2016, two homes were intentionally set on fire in the 2900 block of East Detroit Street. At the time of the incident, the homes were partially completed and unoccupied. Both homes sustained major damage with one structure a total loss.
Witnesses reported at least two white males in the vicinity of the structures prior to the arsons. Two of these unknown subjects were on a bicycle and a skateboard, respectively, and fled from the area prior to the fires. Video surveillance from a nearby business captured images of three white males matching the description provided by the witnesses.
Investigators have identified these three individuals as persons-of-interest in the two arson cases. Their photographs are attached.
