On September 20, 2011 around 9:25 a.m. an unidentified white male walked onto the Jacobson Elementary School campus at 1515 N. Jacaranda Parkway and entered an empty classroom. Once inside, the subject grabbed a purse belonging to the teacher, pulled a wallet out of the purse, and removed several credit cards. As the male was in the process of removing the credit cards from her wallet, the victim walked into the classroom.
The victim confronted the male asking what he was doing in her classroom. The subject replied by asking the victim to direct him to the office. Upon leaving the classroom with the victim, the suspect fled on foot through a greenbelt. The suspect is described as a white male in his forties with light, short brown hair, approximately six feet five inches tall and weighing approximately 250 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white Titleist brand baseball cap, a blue short-sleeve polo style shirt, and khaki shorts.
After fleeing from the school the suspect made several transactions with the stolen credit cards at nearby businesses. The suspect is still outstanding.
