The 411 On CPD – Victim Services Unit

http://chandlerazpd.gov/about/victim-services/ The Chandler Police Department and the Fire, Health and Medical Department work together to provide crime victims with a continuum of support from the crisis period through the investigative and judicial processes. Chandler Fire, Health and Medical Department utilizes their Crisis Response Team, or CR288, to assist persons with resources or emotional needs following traumatic events. Once CR288 has assisted on-scene, the Chandler Police Victim Services Unit provides ongoing support to crime victims through the investigative process and criminal justice system. The Victim Services Unit also provides support to all victims of crime, regardless of the referral source. It is the goal of the Chandler Police Victim Services Unit to enhance the treatment of victims and survivors of criminal acts by providing them with services that can assist them in recovery, as quickly and fully as possible.
