Chandler Police to Teach Distracted Driving Prevention

The Chandler Police Department has developed a free, four-hour educational class geared to educate young drivers on distracted driving, traffic laws, and the importance of traffic safety. Members of the Chandler Traffic Unit will provide a presentation about the dangers of distracted driving while using a mobile device. Discussion of select Arizona traffic laws is also on the agenda. This class is designed for the brand new driver, seasoned drivers and new residents who want to better understand Arizona traffic laws. To register, call or email Officer Atwood.
