Media Release-
The Chandler Police detectives are investigating what is believed to be a murder-suicide involving a 49-year-old woman and her 10-year-old daughter.
Police responded to an apartment complex located in the 1100 block of N. Priest Drive just after 5:30 p.m. on June 25th after receiving a 911 call from a family friend who stated that they had walked into the unlocked condo and found the two individuals deceased.
The victims were located in a bedroom inside the condo. A firearm was also located in the room.
The investigation is still ongoing at this time. Identification is pending as detectives are still attempting to notify next-of-kin.
