Evidence obtained from witnesses, video surveillance, and other investigative means identified the suspect as 41-year-old Allan Doty, a transient.  On September 17, 2018, detectives from the Mesa Police Department arrested Doty near 83rd Ave. and Glendale Ave. in Glendale.  Doty was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on three counts of Robbery.
