On October 9, 2017, the Chandler Police Department was contacted in reference to a disturbing video shot at the Superkids daycare center. The reporting person was a third party who saw the video on a social media sight. Detectives from the Department’s Special Victim’s Unit (SVU) have identified the woman in the video committing the acts with the sex toy as 25-year-old Gabriella Del Carmen Garcia. Also identified is 24-year-old Fatina Saywer, the woman shooting the video. A third female, 21-year-old Janae Peterson, was also identified in the video watching Gabriella and Fatina.
Janae was arrested in the evening of Tuesday, October 10, 2017 and summons booked on one count of Failure to Report.
On Wednesday, October 11, 2017, Gabriella and Fatina were both taken into custody.
