On December 18, 2016, around 6:30 PM, a woman walking northbound on Arizona Avenue towards Elliot Road was approached by an unknown male subject who exposed himself to her. During the incident, the victim sustained minor injuries. After the exposure, the suspect fled southbound to an unknown destination.
The suspect is described as a male in his late teens to mid-twenties. He was wearing all dark clothing and a beanie cap. The suspect is described as having a baby face and is approximately five-foot seven-inches tall with a thin build.
