The Chandler Police Department’s Traffic Unit will conduct a DUI Task Force on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2016. A grant from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) provided funding for this event.
Chandler officers will conduct saturation patrols throughout the City. Participating officers are specially trained in the detection of roadway impairment from excessive alcohol consumption and use of illicit or excessive prescription drugs.
Please remember to always wear your seatbelt and to designate a driver when alcohol consumption is a part of your holiday celebration.
