Jacob was at the MVD office located on Beck Drive just south of Chandler Blvd. around 2PM. He walked away from the office due to the office being crowed which caused him stress. Jacob has Autism, he is high functioning and responds to his name, but he may avoid contact with people he is not familiar with. Jacob may be a danger to himself.
