The Chandler Police Department will hold its annual Fallen Officer Memorial Service on Monday, May 5, 2014. The service will be held at the Chandler Public Safety Memorial just east of the Chandler Fire Headquarters at 151 E. Boston St. and will begin at 8:30am. The public is invited to attend the service.
Along with honoring Chandler’s four officers who have died in the line-of-duty, the service will remember all police officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the State of Arizona and across the nation. The Chandler Fire Pipes and Drums will add to the solemnity of the event, which will also include a trumpet rendition of God Bless America.
