On June 15, 2012 an adult female was shopping inside the Hobby Lobby at 3456 W. Chandler Bl. when an unknown adult Hispanic male touched her inappropriately. When the victim confronted the subject, he walked out of the store. A similar incident occurred on June 5, 2012 involving a juvenile, which was never reported to the Chandler Police.
Surveillance video shows the suspect targets women in skirts who are preoccupied. The suspect approaches his victims from behind, crouches down, and grabs his victim’s legs above the knee. The subject continues until confronted by the victim in some manner.
The unknown male is described as 25 to 30 years of age. He appears to be five-foot ten-inches tall and weighs around 170 pounds. The suspect is clean shaven with an athletic build. In the surveillance photos the suspect appears to be disguising his appearance with a baseball cap and sunglasses.
