On August 30, 2011 just after 8:00 am a 13-year-old girl was walking in the area of Hartford and Shannon Streets when a man approached her from an alley, grabbed her by the hair and attempted to drag her with him. The victim was able to fight free from her attacker and she was able to run away to safety. The suspect in this case is described as a Hispanic male 5’9″ tall about 160 pounds. Short dark hair with a mustache and light beard. He was seen with an older model brown sedan.
