CHANDLER, AZ- On February 9, 2008 at approximately 9 p.m., Shawn Michael Foote (26) was murdered during a robbery at the Smoke N Stuff Smoke Shop located at 411 S. Arizona Ave. Shawn was a devoted husband and father at the time of his death. Chandler Police Detectives identified the suspect as Cesar Felipe Buis, who was subsequently arrested and charged with robbery and the murder of Mr. Foote. On July 14, 2011 Buis entered guilty pleas on the charges of robbery and murder. He will be sentenced sometime in August.
