On Thursday June 16, 2011, Chandler Police executed a search warrant in conjunction with a multi-jurisdiction investigation into Antonio Adrian Gonzalez, a 28-year-old Tempe resident. Detectives from Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe Police Departments arrested Gonzales and searched his residence in the 8000 block of S. Grandview in Tempe.
Gonzalez operates an online business, photosbygonzo.com and gonzomodeling.com. Police have received complaints about the business and Gonzalez, specifically regarding his attempts to contact adult and underage girls to photograph and recruit them for appearances in other adult web sites. Gonzalez was using social networking services, email, and text messages to contact young girls and their friends. Detectives learned Gonzalez committed sex acts with some of the girls and photographed the acts. Gonzales also sent images of child pornography from his computer to other people.
