The Chandler Police Department would like to remind everyone that while buying and selling fireworks in the City of Chandler is legal, setting them off inside the City limits is not. Persons found responsible for setting off fireworks will be subject to a civil citation.
We also want to remind you to watch your pets this July 4th. Keep your pets inside or contained in your yard during fireworks displays as animals often get scared and confused and run away from the loud sounds. Please have a safe and Happy July 4th!
