On December 29, 2010 at about 4:30pm Rachel Katherine Brock (21 years old) was arrested near 44th Street and Camelback by Chandler Police Detectives, as part of an ongoing investigation surrounding her mother, Susan Brock.
Between the dates of February 2007 and August 2008 Rachel Brock committed numerous acts of sexual conduct with a minor and at least one count of furnishing harmful items to a minor. At the time the crimes occurred the victim was under fifteen years of age, classifying them as dangerous crimes against children. The victim in this case is the same child allegedly victimized by Susan Brock. Rachel Brock has been booked into the Maricopa County jail in Phoenix.
