On Thursday, August 26, 2010 at approximately 7:50AM the Chandler Police Department Financial Crimes Unit executed a search warrant on Martin McDonald’s residence, located at 40938 W. Chambers Drive in Maricopa, Arizona. He was arrested and transported to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office where he was booked into custody on one count of Perjury and one count of Forgery. He is currently being held on a $25,000 dollar bond.
McDonald was originally arrested on May 11, 2010 on charges of Fraudulent Schemes, Forgery and Theft his court date is set for September 13, 2010 in the Pinal County Superior Court. The new charges surfaced after the detective assigned to the case received a Motion filed by McDonald’s attorney and discovered an altered American Express statement.
