On June 17, 2010 at about 3:40PM Marlon Mask (34 years old) was arrested at 7th St. and I-17 in Phoenix for the murder of Jason Hambrick and the aggravated assault of David Lee King Jr.
The homicide occurred on June 11, 2010 shortly after 2:00AM in the 2500 block of W. Warner Rd., stemming from a fight that occurred at the Drafthouse, 393 W. Warner Rd. Marlon Mask was booked on 1st degree murder, misconduct involving weapons, unlawful discharge of a weapon, aggravated assault and drive-by shooting. He is currently being held at the Maricopa County jail in Phoenix.
